OneStream l Event Photography l Curve at the Forum

I was recently asked to photograph an event hosted by independent mobile company OneStream at the Curve, aimed at improving business efficiency by exploring IT and communications solutions. 
Speakers included Phil Kerridge - Roger & Norton Solicitors, Andy Woods - Sitex Orbis , Bryan Gunn (former Norwich City goalkeeper and manager) -  OneStream and Matt Wilson - NORCAS.

Katie & Adam l Couple Shoot l Great Yarmouth

I'm busting at the seams to share these images ..my FIRST ever couple shoot! Katie and I have been trying to plan this shoot for the past 2 months - somehow, we just couldn't get a date that we were both available! Finally a few weeks ago, we found a date that worked, and although the weather wasn't looking happy, we made a dash for Great Yarmouth beach! For a while the sun played along -  until all of a sudden we were hit with a massive down pour and had to make a run for  shelter underneath a nearby pier! Luckily it didn't last too long and we even got a chance to grab some ice-cream and hot donuts before heading back home!

I hope you remember Adri, who I introduced in my previous post...here is Part Two of our fantastic shoot! I felt like I was transported in time to the romantic 1950's! (The first image is a bit different - just me having some artistic fun!)

Wow, I am so excited to share these images. Adri is such a fun and outgoing person (with a super infectious laugh), that we could just go for it and have fun on this shoot! She was kind enough to allow me to take the reigns and choose the locations and even her outfits for the shoot. As you noticed this is only Part One, because there was sooo many fantastic images to choose from :) For the first part of the shoot we found a fantastic graffiti wall in an abandoned parking area in Norwich City Centre, and started shooting in the hope no one would chase us away (luckily Norwich City FC was playing so I think the coppers had their hand full with the crowds -  and we were left in peace)! 

Shutter Rock UK -Photographers Festival

If your a photographer and you haven't heard of Shutter Rock UK yet, I'm here to Rock YOUR WORLD!   This is the ground breaking UK Photographers Festival..run by Photographers .. for Photographers! This event is the brainchild of well known UK photographer Jaz Amphaw-Farr (who is a sweatheart by the way!), inspired by the USA conferences such as WPPI....now we have a chance of having one right in our own backyard!  Jaz is inviting photographers to pool together resources and knowledge - and share the love! Kara

This photo shoot was special - this is Kara. In September last year I took photos of mom Susan's bump, and now, 6 months later, I had the chance to photograph Kara in a new light, as part of the 'outside' world... She has grown up so fast, becoming a real little person, with her own quirky personality. I hope I have captured this in some of these images so you can get to know her a bit better too...

Sophie

Sophie celebrated her first birthday a couple of weeks ago. They had a special pink cake made for the day, and Sophie was dressed in a matching pink dress...too precious! Mom Emily and dad Mike looked so proud. There was so much love in the room for this little girl, and a real sense of family. Thank you Dicker family for making me part of your very special day, the first of many birthdays Sophie will celebrate with her family and loved ones. Happy Birthday Sophie!
